What payment methods are accepted?

We accept any valid debit or credit card: VISA, Mastercard & AMEX credit card as a form of payment.

Why do you need a credit or debit card?

A credit or debit card is mandatory to be able to charge subscribers for any recurring or ad hoc charges such as the monthly subscription fee, toll fees etc. Your credit/debit card will also be used for a security amount at the time of subscription termination. This security deposit of AED 1500 will be used to deduct any post-subscription fees such as damage and/or traffic fines which may take longer to reflect against your account.

What is included in the monthly subscription price? Are there any additional charges?

Your monthly subscription price includes the cost of your subscription, refueling charges and any optional extras such as additional insurance, mileage allowance etc. that you added as part of the package. Variable charges like Traffic fines and Toll fees are not part of your monthly subscription payment. They will be invoiced separately and will be charged weekly.

Do you take a deposit?

No, MOOV does not take any deposit. We will charge your monthly subscription at the beginning of each month and take a security deposit of AED 1500 at the time you return the subscribed vehicle to deduct any post-subscription fees such as damage and/or traffic fines.

How do I update my payment method?

Contact us on Contract Management Team and we will send you a secure payment link to update your records.

If I change my mind and wish to cancel the booking, how quickly will I have my money back?

Any refunds that are due as part of subscription cancellation will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Will you refund the unused days?

No refund is provided for unused days of a subscription. MOOV encourages you to use the entire duration of the subscription.

Are my card details secure with MOOV?

Payments are processed in a PCI compliant environment. PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard is a global information security standard for organizations that handle customer credit/debit cards.
